With Player Conquests - Tiny Settlement you can own that small set of ruins on the edge of the Border Zone.There is a patch for those of you that play with Reactive world here: Player Conquests - Tiny Settlement & Reactive World patch. Just talk to the mercs that patrol the town to start your purchase.

so similar issue as Gollum, but with a minor difference. I paid the mercs their gold, turned in the dust bandit kind bounty, then came back and killed the dust bandits that were inhabiting the place, and now it's under holy land control. Went to Shark and back, and it's under HN control. Which part did I mess up on?

Hello, I've downloaded this mod and the reactive patch awhile back. Imported first. Killed all dust bandits dwelling there as well, with the buildings in ruins. Went back all the way to my base at Raptor Island and back to see the results but the place was under HN now, with all buildings repaired but no people living in it.

Tried a new game with my solo MA, all buildings are in ruins now, with the mercenaries offering me the place for 100k cats.

you need to kill the dust bandit leadership if you have the patch.
