Early Crusades

描述
This mod adds a game rule that will enable Crusades, Jihads, and Great Holy Wars from the beginning of any given game if turned on.

Description:
As far as I can tell, there are no other mods that accomplish this task without modifying the vanilla "religious_events.txt" file. I believe that I have done this by adding a simple event that fires and activates the correct global flags if the relevant game rule is enabled.

I did some testing and did not encounter any errors, but I am not entirely familiar with the Crusade/Jihad/Great Holy War system, so let me know if I have made any.


Compatibility:
This mod should have no incompatibilities since it does not modify any vanilla files.

Guys gotta tell you as tribal pagan you literally have no chance attacking christians since they spam the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ holy orders. You have to get them by duel for title.

I wonder if we can have some more rules as unlike aztecs and mongols there is no real control over crusades in game rules.

e.g
- Random.
- Delayed Random.

Or even more exotic conditions?
- High Peity individuals can petition religious head to start crusades.
- Moral authority is dropping.

@Lazarox After a quick test, it appears to be partially compatible with HIP, but I don't think that all of the Holy Orders will trigger correctly. If I have some spare time soon, I might be able to make an HIP-compatible version.

@Holmganger I have not modified the cooldown time, but I might consider adding the ability to turn it off or shorten it if I can find an easy way to do so without modifying any vanilla files.
