As my time is quite limited at the moment i only have time to create smaller assets, so this is part of some UK props i've been making. I have left the asset blank to give you more decorative freedom. The following mods are highly recommended to get the best out of these assets:

This is found within the prop menu (Park section).

Model Info:

• 477 Polys
  
• 1,036 Tris (this is high for a prop and you will get a warning in the content manager)
  
• 1024 x 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular, Illumination)
  
• Custom LOD (31 tris)
