Thanks for making mods for us.
It seems OK now. All the shotguns, including from mods, display the additional ability during the weapon loadout phase, when you select the weapon.
I however did not check whether the actual bonuses are applied during missions, but it would be surprising if they didn't....

Heard you. I've just updated the mod to automatically apply to all guns with weaponcat 'shotgun' so now any gun modded in or from DLC will have the perk as long as its classified under shotgun!
Same comment for the shotgun flanking crit as for the Cannon deploy.
It shows and works for the standard shotgun of the game but it does not appear and operate for the modded shotgun (from TLP Conventional weapons with vanilla attachement). I completely forgot to check if it appears with Iridar's shotgun.
