A map made for RPG's like D&D, specifically made by request of @Miguel. If you like this and want to commission a map of your own, don't hesitate to add me!

This map shows the backdrop of an epic final moment: It centers on the top of a mountain, where an ancient temple can be found where cultists have taken up residence. A gloomy atmosphere surrounds this top, streaming with magic, yet this contrasts with the beautiful and rustique surroundings. The maps shows a steep climb up the mountain, where player miniatures can't be placed, but it is incredibly helpful to narrate them through this. What you see in the distance is a small village, possibly the players' hometown, just across a streaming river. Close to the temple a group of cultists is preparing a ritual near their shrine, shrouded in the green fog surrounding the entire top of the mountain.

To be fair, this isn't the most ideal/functional combat table. Everything is giant, and to put things into perspective is nigh impossible. Also, there are not a lot of straight surfaces for miniatures to be secure on. However, as an introduction to the insides of this temple, or just an epic theatre-of-the-mind narration, this map works perfectly.
All effects can be turned off or deleted, and changes can be made accordingly (clouds, river etc).
If you want this table to have a more nightly (or evening/twilight) feeling, it is very doable to just go into lighting and switching the LUT from Neutral (1) to BaseFilm2 (10) at full contribution. This works just fine!

I made this map using various workshop assets I found all over here, so all credit for that goes to the respective creators. The idea was sparked by Miguel, who told me what he wanted for this map and how he saw its creation.
If you have any questions about this map or how I built it, or if you just like what you see, feel free to comment and I'll make sure to reply soon!
