This mod introduces to the core game a new type of housing - Craftsmen's' House. Fully random decorated and furnished. Designed as a stand-alone mod. It can be placed anywhere in your Mods List. Offers accommodation for 24 villagers. Building footprint 14 x 10. Perfect for small or large settlements. Higher pregnancy chance. Fully compatible with core game mechanics. Different materials required depending on used mods.

Before starting building process, please remember to flatten properly ground.
