Unofficial English Localization Patch

This small mod aims to fix the vast amount of mistakes and errors currently existing in EU4's English localization, for overall improvements to immersion/readability.
Because of only changing localization, this mod is ironman/achievement compatible and so is essentially a direct upgrade to vanilla experience.

Disclaimers:
- This mod works for English language users only.
- This is guaranteed to work with anything that improves the vanilla experience and doesn't change existing vanilla text. Because this only changes select parts of text in the files, some other mods might still work regardless of whether they change vanilla text.

These fixes are by no means exhaustive so any reports for persisting issues are welcome.
