Hey Guys!, I fixed the mod. It no longer interferes with starting items randomization.

oof that actually seems like a big issue

It seems this mod removes any amount of randomization when you start a new run. I did three runs in an hour and then restarted several times back to back just to test and I got two spark bolts, a bomb, and a water potion every single time. I uninstalled this mod and now I got other starting spells finally.
