I'd guess with a Tek Generator because its pictogram shows a Tek Replicator. Have you tried it with normal electricity? Eg. there must be a powered outlet near.

That is my question. How do I do that and where will I find it after I do.

You must subscribe, then add it to your single player game or dedicated server.

I've overwritten the crafting costs to 1 Electronics & 1 Metal Ingot:

If you use SuperStructures' or S+ AutoCrafter, you need to pick up & place once the Crafting Station before putting it back into the AutoCrafter for changes to take effect.
