If you subscribe a mod , you must start the game new (reload) , only then you can see all your new mods.

Actually all the mod I comment on they don't show in main menu modlist, but when I load a game, the items will be there anyway.
Maybe because old mod? (because the mods you updated in 2023 don't have this problem)

Just unsubscribe it , and subscribe it again , that normaly helps (Steam bug)
