Yo how do I set the timer to 5 mins etc?

your best bet is to play a 5 min round timer with like 4 bots, just cap as many flags and kill as many bots as you can, you will gain more XP on a 5 min round timer on average than a single 15 min play through. The XP gains you are looking for are gold medals, you should average like 1200xp or so for 5 mins, compare that to like 2000xp for 15 min. So if you play 3 of these rounds you should get like 3600xp, better than nothing.

Good. Fucking hate the XP cap for EVERY map in the game though, 1000+ flags capped and only 2000 XP to show for it...
