Trader & Event Locations

I gave up my server and in order that my work isn't lost I share my server files with this collection.

The content:
  • 5 trader locations with love for detail
  • 5 event locations (crash course, 3 reward chest mission locations, casino for gambling)
  • complete traderconfig.txt (completely reworked and detailed described)
    include: FIDOvPACK4, WeaponReduxPack, Mass'sManyItemOverhaul, MunghardsItempack
  • complete types.xml (with custom and mod content)
  • complete zombie_territories.xml (with over 200 custom spawn points)
  • Mod related files including: CasinoV2 (Casino at Nadbor), GrandHordes (spawn points), MedicalAttention (welcome messages for traders), ToxicZone (for the reward missions)
  • Readme file with more detailed information

Update from 10th February:
* Added Airdrop config file on demand

This is no mod, so don't upload it to your server.
Just download it, go through the files and add what is of interest for you.

To add the custom objects to your server you have to install @BuilderItems !
For the Casino you need @Nehr_Stuff and @DayZCasinoV2

The needed mod list isn't complete, I only added the most important ones.
There is more content of other mods in the traderconfig.txt !
Check the complete mod list in the readme file.

Erklärung der Dateien:

init.c:
Beinhaltet alle baulichen Objekte der Trader, die auch bei einem Wechsel der Händler erhalten bleiben! Dies soll Spielern ermöglichen dennoch die ATMs und Lagerfeuer zu benutzen.
Die Mapmarker sind ebenfalls entsprechend des Wechsels angepasst. (s.u.) Die "verlassenen" Trader sind dann als "Banking ATM" markiert.

TraderObjects.txt:
Hier sind alle Positionen der Händler angegeben und das was sie an haben.
Je nach Location variiert das ganze natürlich etwas.

VPPMapConfig.json:
Die Mapmarkierungen um korrekt darzustellen wo die Händler verkaufen und um die restlichen Trader Locations als "Banking ATM" zu markieren. Wie oben erwähnt bleibt das Möbiliar erhalten, nur die Händler sind eben "weiter gezogen".

Danke nochmal für die Hilfe. Hat soweit nun alles geklappt.
Einzig das die Buchstaben so klein InGame sind konnte ich
bis dato nicht lösen.

Das RecipeBook fügt im Grunde nur das Buch dem Spiel hinzu.
(Die Mod ist ein Repack von der Mod CZLBookReading)
Damit die Rezepte funktionieren braucht es die Mod CraftingRecipes.

Ich vermutet mal das die HTML Datei entweder im falschen Ordner liegt.
(keine Ahnung mehr welcher das war)
Oder die Datei hat einen Fehler. Um die zu prüfen sind HTML Checker ganz hilfreich,
wie zum Beispiel: https://validator.nu/

Moin, im Moment beiße ich mir die Zähne an Deinem RecipeBook aus. Hatte paar neue aufgenommen und alte nach bedarf geändert. Das dann so in die html übernommen, aber es zeigt mit nur eine leere Seite InGame an. Kann man sich da irgendwo belesen, wie das aufgebaut sein muss?

Ja, da habe ich nichts gegen. Ich mache nichts mehr mit DayZ und die Sachen sind schon so alt, also warum nicht. Wäre nett, wenn Du mich als Creator erwähnst.

I'm glad to hear that still someone has fun with the stuff I created almost 2,5 years ago.
Creating things that players have to deal with was always my favorite thing to do when running a server. When I had a server, I didn't publish my creations. But when I gave it up, I always published them.
Though Namalsk is also a very cool map, have a look at the "Namalsk Server Files Collection" from my mod list. Oh, I loved my traders, the prison and wrecked ship and those other about 2000 objects I placed there.
Always fun to create these things, always a LOT of work, when you want it to look pretty, but the best gift are comments like yours. Thankee! :steamhappy:

Stollenwerk--I just had to say thank you for your incredible generosity in posting all your amazing work for the benefit of us running in Livonia server. I have added everything I can of yours and the racetrack/colloseum has already been a lot of fun for my husband and I to drive around in. We look forward to having events there in the future. I posted a discussion on how I added the item to my server to help out others who ask. Your instructions are so helpful--you didn't have to make any of this available, yet you did, and I again thank you greatly!

Hey mate,

I fear I'm no big help anymore after 2 years I uploaded these files.
Refer to the Readme file, there I described the files a bit and the ideas behind them.
Overall it's a collection of files, so you'll have to sort out things you don't need.
