Pistol muzzleflash seemed to fly off into map's origin for some reason, so I tried fiddling with the particle file to remove it.

I don't know if it will cause any trouble, so if it does then do tell me. I can try to fix it, but no promises.

Some add-on guns also use it, so seeing 30 of them flying into weird direction while using an assault rifle is such an awful thing to see, and I hope this add-on can help with that.

For sake of convenience, this was done on pistol.pcf of particles manifest addon by Urik.
Get it cause it won't work without it.

There's a bug for the silence smg when the survivors shoot it in the dark, the muzzleflash floating above their heads.

No clue, but I'm fairly certain that 20Cat derived his/her manifest from Urik's and expanded upon it. Do you use a custom smg addon? If the gun's first person muzzle flash uses the pistol's, then it's possible that it could fix it.

Hell, why don't you just subscribe and see if it fixes it?

I still see weird muzzleflash fly off somewhere especially with smg
