Additional units to the garrison, making it significantly harder to attack.

Save compatibility seems fine. I have tested a few cases, and it hasn't crash yet.

Apply to both the AI and the player for all Vampire Coast Factions.

SFO required (probably since I created this with SFO subscribed and it works with it)

Inspired by the Elite Garrison mods of MadMartigan and Lords282.

Also, if someone knows exactly how to force the mortar to be present that would be great, because right now, the artillery is always overriden by "stronger units" meaning a poor zombie deckhand mob level 0.
