one more thing-- if you dash toward your opponent, do a quick turnaround into shorthop and start spamming bair, while making sure to hold the left stick/whatever keystroke in the direction of the opponent, you will likely kill them.

still not done yet: the config.ini might've gotten a little messed up and i dont feel like looking to see if everything is right unless its very major, specifically the in-game name of this character.

last thing i swear: rest wont delete your momentum, meaning you can chain rest into itself for basically instant death
