Yes, as MarsEco pointed out, the in-game ability is completely different from the one stated here on the Steam page. The actual ability for Orélie (as shown in-game) is +1 Diplo Favor per turn for each civ you have open borders with and civs that have open borders with Orélie each gain +1 Diplo Favor per turn. +2 Appeal in all cities when Orélie is the target or member of an emergency/competition or the beneficiary of a World Congress resolution, +4 in cities with a governor. This is a very cool ability, making Diplomatic play feed into a Cultural victory. HOWEVER, even the in-game ability text is wrong. 1.) I did not gain Appeal when I was the beneficiary of a WC resolution, only during Emergencies/Competitions; 2.) the Appeal gain was half what was advertised -- +1 Appeal in all my cities, increased to +2 in cities with a governor.
All that being said, thank you Leugi for the mod, I enjoyed playing as maniac Orélie Antoine!
