What is modified in this?
Just the cost of the components have been decreased and Tiered Ore Detectors have been removed.
Each Tier of Tech is sold in a different faction type.

+ Common Tech components are sold in Miner Faction.
+ Rare Tech components are sold in Build Faction.
+ Exotic Tech components are sold in Trader Faction.
