描述
galaxyhighmarshal next gen blood particle effects(Blood fluid, Blood Pool, artile blood spurting).

FOR EVERYONE THAT SAYS "BLOOD PARTICLE OR POOL NOT SHOWING",
DISABLE COUNTER STRIKE SOURCE (UNMOUNT IT), this would work.

Particles effect standalone mod for galaxyhighmarshal blood.
More will come with the updates and improvments, all is still in early stages.
