By the way, if you're curious you could do a little bit of investigation. As you saw, the editor has a different set of options than the main game. The only option that greatly affected framerate for me is the one I mention in the performance notes, but reading the feedback here makes me wonder whether there is one or more other options that are similarly disproportionately degrading performance. I found the one I mention by carefully comparing the options, so if you want you could try the same: restore some dynamic lights until the performance is noticeably lower, and then compare the options for anything that is different.
It looks gorgeous, plays great, the story is neat, the choice of different routes is good and while the boss is simple, it's still pretty unique. Also, Netricsa's dialog windows are a great addition.
