Plenty of mountains and plenty of farmland, but you're gonna need to build some highways. A LOT of highways. Fortunately, CalTrans is here to help.

Uranium deposits included, plus plenty of hydro. No need for coal outside of making steel.
Space is kinda tight in the Bay Area (just like in real life), so I recommend getting some of the small building mods from the Workshop.

If there's anything wrong with it, let me know and I'll fix it. Since it has uranium on it, I'm not sure how if will work for people who aren't on the beta test branch.
