V1 Rocket

描述
Adds the V1 Rocket as a unique unit for Germany that replaces the Panzer tank & Guided Missile.

The advantages of the V1 over the Guided Missile are as followed.

More range, 15 instead of 8.
More Damage, 70 instead of 60.
Unlock the V1 afew techs before the Guided Missile, Rocketry instead of Advanced Ballistics.

maybe the V2? I want to strike London over and over even though they never did as much damage as the brits were saying they did.

you should add the v2 and make them unlockable via some German research project that needs to be conducted first, like the manhattan project for nukes, and b/c in real like these suckers took up a lot of fuel and metal, they should cost 3 oil and 1 iron. To make them worthwhile to use though, you might consider increasing the damage, because had the project been successfully completed by the germans, london would have been engulfed in "a sea of fire and destruction"
