Update Feb 2nd 2020:
- moved core closer to center of the craft
- removed redundant CPU extenders to reduce cost (thanks @spaceduck)
- changed cockpit area to improve accessibility

Update Jan 29 2020:
- Reworked the storage adding many more extensions to both the main "Loot" store and the Ammo store.
- Removed 4 of the 5 Constructors
- Uprated 5 of the UP thrusters to help on max load - it's was marginal at 11m/s/s with all storage max loaded with hardened blocks
- Added an "Economy" switch to turn off stuff you don't always need running if you want to save fuel

Fits nicely in my Jump Carrier Tetro 3 (in fact it will take 2 in the hangar and one on the deck) - they make an excellent expedition team, as Tetro can repair and supply the MXRSP-T4 while providing long range jumps. Can be an orbital base of operations or operate from the ground.

Having reworked Tetro for Alpha 11.5 I decided to look for my old favourite POI Raider, the MXRSP, to carry around. Unfortunately it was not updated yet for CPU Tiers, so this is my attempt at bringing it up-to-date, and a lick of paint to distinguish it from its honourable ancestors.

The interior was completely gutted and reworked for Alpha 11.5 / Tier 4 CPU:

Removal of 70+ RCS
Replace Small Thrust Jets with Medium Thrusts
- These 2 things got the ship within the T4 limit without losing much in the way of speed or agility.

Paint job
A reworked interior that now provides an engineering access corridor. This could be packed with even more armour. However the MXRSP-T4 has substantial armour up front and double-skin grilles over all front and side engines. It can take a beating.
