Accursed Realm of Tartarus

Adds the Realm of Tartarus led by Lord Tirek from MLP:FiM.
The civ's two unique buildings will grant the player advantages in warfare and a faith bonus.


UA: Demonic Leeching
Tirek's strength lies in absorving the powers of others. Obtain twice the gold from pillaging tiles and plundering barbarian encampments. Get a free technology already owned by your opponent from each city you conquer.

UB1: Arcane Altar
Grants more XP than the barracks it replaces and the ability for units trained in this city to heal every turn even if they perform an action.

UB2: Gates of Tartarus
Provides extra XP and grants units trained in this city the ability to heal 5 additional HP per turn when outside friendly territory. Friendly units in adjacent tiles will also be healed by the same amount.[NEWLINE]Must have built an arcane altar in all cities. The cost goes up the more cities there are in the empire.
