Working As Intended International Airport (WAI)

This is my take at making an international airport. All 18 XL gates work for both international and domestic flights by checking passports of international departures at the gate and routing arrivals either straight into the terminal (domestic) or up the escalator and off to the international arrivals processing area (international). Currently, the international facilities are only stubbed out with immigration (yellow), customs (white), quick-check (cyan), and currency exchange (lime). For some reason--probably because I do not own the international airport DLC, which is due to it not existing--the airport likes to crash on my machine, but that's by design. Also, the airport has a mind of its own, and the game has decided that it would be great for me to upload it multiple times. It demonstrates this by claiming that each upload attempt is a failure despite it actually being successful. This results in me trying again. However, although it is a flattering feature of the game to wish this airport on the workshop multiple times, I see no point in having more than one copy up at a time, so the others have been removed.
