Ghost Bill - Common Infected

He comes in three flavors, Baffling Blue Razz (the one and only "flavor" that can cause mild confusion between real Bill and the infected), Ectoplasmic Emerald, and VietLemonNamAde.

A Bill Common Infected mod was requested by ϚⒶρŦฮเℕ ℬίℓℓ (requested on Francis - Common Infected) and Ⓐ Nut (an identical follow-up "request" on Ellis - Common Infected), but I decided later on that Ghost Bill in particular would be a great replacement for the common infected. (If you dislike my idea and would rather have a normal Bill common infected mod, then please let me know in the comments)
You shouldn't have much trouble distinguishing actual Bill from the infected due to the heavy color tints, however, you can still (once again) request a normal Bill infected mod in the comments in case you don't like my change of idea. I apologize if my design change or requesting twice is an inconvenience. Please try this mod before the re-request to make sure.

Lt. Rocky - Ghost Bill: Model

This mod uses the same model as the Ghost Bill survivor, and since I haven't learned vertex files yet, this requires Ghost Bill for it's vertex file.
If you are playing the Left 4 Dead 1 campaigns, then you should be able to tell the difference between the Ghost Bill survivor and the Ghost Bill infected, as the infected have color tints.
If you are playing Left 4 Dead 2 campaigns, however, then you shouldn't have any problems at all as Bill is absent.

I originally made the Ellis common infected mod as a joke (hence the lack of animations and dependence on another model), but requests started happening. I may try to fix these requested mods if I actually learn modding, in the mean while I apologize for any inconvenience.
