Start in default locations

This chunk pack turns a copule of buildings that alredy exist in the game into posible starting locations

It currently has:

A hospital start
A bathroom start
A casno start
A DrugDen start
A bar start
A police station start ( with a copule of extra security measures )
A shop start
And a house from uptown start

I will add more defaut buildings and even some made by me in the future
