Mafe Vanilla refactor: Plague Doctor

Hello, I am Mafe, and this, is actually my third refactor to a Vanilla Hero. This time, the Plague Doctor!
Core points:

-Making her more debuff centered
-Giving the possibility of a more tactical usage of DoTs
-Adding new tools for people to mess with her!

She now can found up to 4 new items (that can also be carried back to Hamlet to use on anothers quest) at combats end:

-Panacea: Item that purges any disease on the user.
-Purifier: This items, on use, clears all the debuffs from the target.
-Methabolic Disruptor: When used, this items debuffs enemy party Bleed, Blight and Debuff resistance temporarily.
-Methabolic Disruptor: When used, this items debuffs enemy party Stun and Move resistance temporarily.

Changes to skills and new mechanics:

-Critical effect: Her critical effect has been reworked. Now, its a 3 rounds debuff on the enemy party for -20% healing taken.

-General: All the DoTs numbers has been tweaked to fit those changes.

--Noxious Blast and Plague Grenade:
Those skills now cannot deal DMG, or CRIT. Instead, they now have the following effects:
A Blight, and a Disease ActorDoT on the enemy. The Disease ActorDoT, in both cases, is an effect that trigger after the enemy attacks. Noxious Blast applies a Disease that reduces the DMG the enemy do after every attack, and Plague Grenade uses a Disease that applies an AoE +DMG taken debuff on the entire enemy party every time the objetive attacks.

-Battlefield Medicine:
No longer cures self, just the target. Now heals based on % of total health on the target, heals more per Corpse on the battlefield, and Clears Corpses.

-Blinding Gas:
Doesnt has uses per battle anymore. Now its a single target stun that can target any enemy, has a chance to shuffle him, and that can debuff the other enemies ACC for a short amount of time, but can only be used in position 4.

-Emboldening Vapours:
Now its a self-cast friendly skill that buff for 1 round all the statuses chance on the Plague Doctor. Also buffs on a small amount the other allies SPD and DMG. Isnt limited by uses per battle anymore.

-Incision:
Has a little more critical chance. Now debuffs the target for minus chance of Cure (Bleed and Blight) succes on target. Applies a Disease on target that, after attack, has a chance to debuff the recovery capacities of his party.

-Transference (formerly Disorienting Blast):
This skill has been totally re-worked:
A) Now, the skill is a single target DMG skill that cures the DoTs on the target, but that transfers every other DoT from the other enemies to it.
B) Can target any enemy position.
C) Can be used from position 2 or 3.
D) Has bonuses vs Blighted or Bleeding targets.
E) The Cure attached to this skill is affected by Cure debuffs, this means that the cure can fail if the target has enough debuffs to those. Base cure chance is 100% on all the levels of the skill.

Know issues:
-The Diseases ActorDoTs produce some harmless errors on the console. This cannot be fixed.
-Blinding Gas Shuffle chance doesnt show up on the skill for some reason.
