描述
Bandana Waddle Dee from the Kirby series joins the battle with his signature spear and parasol!

His neutral special throws a Friend Heart, which inflicts a damage-over-time effect on the person hit. The timer on it increases with each hit. He also has a tipper effect on spear attacks, so make sure you space attacks well for extra knockback!

Neutral Special: Friend Heart
Forward Special: Spear Throw
Up Special: Waddle Copter
Down Special: Parasol Charge

This is super well made! Edgeguarding with Bandana's Heart and Spear is omega satisfying, and he feels balanced between being fast/light and hitting relatively hard. No doubt my favorite character I've downloaded from the workshop, really good job!

Weird problem I noticed, but the first sprite of bdee's double jumps has the ribbon on his spear miscolored, which makes it appear red on every costume for that one sprite
