This is my hidden blocks mod. The phasing wand (blue) lets you turn blocks translucent and able to walk through them. The solidifying wand (red) will turn blocks back to normal. Have fun walking through walls. It is kind of hefty so it may take a while to initially install.

Handy Tip: Your character is 3 blocks high and 2 blocks wide

Note: This currently doesn't work for grass blocks, tree leaves and roof tiles. I'll eventually add the wands to Lief's store but currently it's only in the catalogue or creative mode.
