Nostalgia for Infinity

描述
The Lighthugger Nostalgia for Infinity from Alistair Reynolds' Revelation Space universe. Though the setting predominantly features a human interstellar empire, no faster-than-light travel exists. Instead, Lighthuggers like the Nostalgia are powered by extremely efficient Conjoiner Drives that allow them to accelerate constantly for years at a time, reaching within a hair's breadth of the speed of light.

Glad you like it! I'm enby but I don't mind gendered honorifics lol. I've honestly come a long way in my 3D modelling skills since making this so I'm proud that this one still holds up haha.

Too cool! The ship looks awesome! I have the MCRN Tachi and Nostalgia for Infinity in orbit next to each other. The size of Nostalgia for Infinity is staggering. Well done sir(or ma'am) it looks great!!!

It's funny, I was thinking how awesome it would be to have this ship in Space Engine. I was looking up images online with the notion to try and make a 3D model. Then I found a link to this workshop item. Instant smile.

Alright, I pushed an update that should fix the filepath issues. Sorry for the delay on this, I've just had a lot of other projects and thought this would be a more complicated fix than it actually turned out to be haha.

I tried to rework the .pak files into what retrovisor suggested and it works, but the textures seem to not be working anymore and ship appears as a strange blue pattern but otherwise functions. Cool mod nonetheless, I just started the revelation space series and its cool to see some representation here. :se:

the mod does not work because you've added another subfolder. the .pak file should have just the "models" and "textures" folders

I cannot seem to find this one, it is not in the spawn list.

This mod doesn't seem to work for me. I download it, boot up the game, and I don't see it in the ship-spawn menu

It should be under Revelation Space > Ultranauts > Nostalgia for Infinity.
