Armor Of The Valarinan Crusader

he Armor of the Valarinian Crusader is a unique armor set found in the Temple of Kynareth in Whiterun.

I created this armor because I wanted my character to have a more unique feel, and I thought I might as well upload it to the workshop.

Update 0.1
Abbadon the Purifier has been added as a follower who wears the armor. He can be found in the Hall of the Dead in Whiterun.

I have added some lore for the armor:

The Valarinian Crusaders were a group of Ayleid slaves who formed a cult after the slave rebellion of the Ayleid Empire. They worshipped the Eight Divines and believed that each sin could be forgiven, allowing reconciliation between them and the gods. However, the Ayleids had gone too far — they enslaved an entire race, used Daedric power to expand their empire, and practiced sacrifices and rituals seeking immortality.

Thus, the Crusade was undertaken to purify Tamriel of the Ayleids — a dark and sinful race beyond atonement by the gods.

The name "Valarinan" comes from the foresight of the first Crusader, Alaren the Freedom Marcher. It is said that Alaren was offered as a sacrifice to the Daedra by the Ayleids, but when the demon tried to bind his soul, it was repelled by a great white light that struck down the Ayleid sacrificers and banished the demon back to Oblivion.

Alaren then saw a vision of all life — past, present, and future — and saw a great tree, the Tree of Life. He heard the words:

"Valarinan, Valarinan arpen Auri-El sunabe silasel lor dagon pahome racuvar oio rise nagaia Cyrod morimath."

This roughly translates to:
"God Auri-El blessed be shining halls (the mortal heaven) is dark with destruction. Padomay (possibly meaning change) cast down, but eternal will rise to deathly heartland and a darkened home."

Update 0.3
A small camp has been added to Skyrim (still in progress). It can be found on the map shown on the mod page. An unenchanted set of the armor is also available in the camp.

The armor now supports female bodies, allowing female characters to wear it.

The armor has been updated with new detailed edits.

Update 0.6
The Valarinian camp has been expanded, now featuring a Valarinian Archer follower, two horses, additional features, and a map marker to easily locate the camp.
