Start groups with randomized stats

A pack of four game starts, granting you control over a group of five, ten, twenty five or FIFTY individuals with randomized skills between -100 and 100. You could end up with a group of characters with middling stats, a group of godlike supermen or some hopelessly inept adult babies, or even anything in between! Go ahead, flip that coin.
