What I suggest is to open each model and them to the default position/rotation. You can do that by simply clicking the whole model and use the default slider.
I never noticed that issue, tbh.
I looked around a few months ago while trying to port some models from Dragon Ball Raging Blast 2 and saw that if you put this into your QC files, it actually stops the camera cull (in my case anyway):
