Mixed Round Control

描述
**Special feature added- choose player at start of map**
Enable or disable monsters spawning in the same round as zombies.
Also disable and enable normal dog-type rounds.

Adds dog rounds and dog mix rounds to maps that normally don't have dogs:
-Nacht Der Untoten
-Verruckt
-Ascension
-Shangri-La
-Origins
-Revelations
-custom maps

**note- player choose not available on Moon and Origins.

They are there...idk what you mean....anyway, they are both in all maps and that's how i want it to be. Except for SoE has only SoE characters because it would be too much work to put Ultimus characters into SoE.
