Nice Mod. Like the Old days playing PFU or CFU. Was a better time for HoI.... The only thing is that the SOV gets a bit to much Manpower... We played yesterday and SOV had about 50.000.000 deaths... and was on 7%!!!!! I mean SOV gets 12% MP over Focus + max 30% over law. Thats half the population. Maybe lower the MP you get over Focus. Or lower the laws to 7%,9%,11%,13%. A total quarter of the pop lost in a war is enough i think :D
