This mod seeks to fix one simple problem: Your iron deficiency! All this mod adds is a new recipe, available at any cooking pot. Just like mom used to make, back when she was fighting those treacharous elves! The recipe calls for the following:

1 tablespoon of salt
1/3 cup of ale, any variety
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 steel plate armor, skinned and quartered finely
