描述

Adds a skill dump to all lords and heroes which unlocks at rank 15.

Optional submod that makes the skill dump give minor buffs:
Beneficial Skill Point Dump Submod

Useful mods that give more skill points:
Max Level 120 1 Skill Point per Level
Max Level 120 2 Skill Points per Level
Max Level 120 3 Skill Points per Level

Compatible with all public, non-legacy mods on the workshop as of 7/14/21.

Unsubbing and resubbing doesn't seem to work. Does anyone know the exact file I can delete to try to fix this issue? As of right now the DLC and FLC lords do not have them.
