This is the Dryrains version of my Empire Mixed Gender Units mod. Will not work without Dryrains all in one reskin.

MAKE SURE YOU RUN THIS MOD BEFORE DRYRAINS IN THE LOAD ORDER! If this mod is not running before Dryrains, it will not work

Do not run this mod alongside the vanilla mod. It runs separately.


This mod changes many of the Empire's units to be mixed gendered, basically half men half women (using remodeled Repanse head). Unfortunately they'll all still sound like men, so just imagine these are some pretty deep voiced gals.

The units which are currently mixed gendered are:

- All State Troops (Swords, Spears, Halberds, Crossbows, Handguns)
- Greatswords
- Outriders (but not pistoliers)
- Archers
- Free Company

I haven't done the other units because I suck at remodeling stuff and am just using lessisgood's head models. I've been trying to get in contact with him so that we can work together, i'll provide an update if that goes through!

would it be possible to make units of entirely women with something like packfilemanager? like increase the probability of female models and decrease the probability of male.

So a few things. When I started a fresh Empire Campaign, the starting state troops did not have any mixed gender units in the roster, not even a little. When I went to recruit some more state troops, it stays vanilla. The only exception are the Archers, but there is a texture error with their quivers having male face textures. https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2451158332

I do have this mod loaded first above Dryrain's mod so I may not know what the problem may be.

(This just a question, not a request.)

You got Dryrains mod, but what about other reskin modders? Such as: Ado's, Lt Apollo's, uniform and heardly, and SWO-RD? Will they get the mix gender empire unit, if not then it's okay.

I'm having the same problem, it seems only Dryrain's models are loading. None of the female units are
