Kelly Kelly signed with WWE in 2006 while working as a model. She trained while working in OVW before debuting on ECW later that year as the manager of Mike Knox. Knox frequently prevented Kelly from stripping down in front of the audience and eventually turned on her. Kelly then joined forces with Layla and Brooke to form Extreme Expose, a trio who regularly danced on ECW TV.

Kelly moved to Raw in 2008 and began wrestling more in singles competition. She moved back and forth between brands a few times before capturing her first title, the Divas Championship in June 2011. She held the title until October 2011, when she lost to Beth Phoenix. Kelly would get a measure of revenge at WrestleMania XXVII when she and Maria Menounos defeated Phoenix and Eve Torres.

Kelly left WWE in September 2012 and has mostly stayed out of professional wrestling since. She has made a few WWE appearances since leaving, including an appearance on the Raw Reunion show in 2019 in which she won and lost the 24/7 Championship.
