Based on the original Skyrim Diplomacy Overhaul by Zarko

PLEASE HOST/PLAY WITH THE SKYRIM 2 DATASET

This version of the map makes the special units much more versatile and useful, doubles the amount of quests, heightens the diplomacy of the map and re-implements relic balance.

The map should have vastly more playability in multiplayer lobbies now.

Still looking to make improvements/quests after getting some feedback.
