This mod introduces to the core game new storage for tools (necessary to expand and survive) such as primitive, high-quality and steel tools - Tools Stack. Fully random decorated. Perfect for small or large settlements. Ideal to place it near Blacksmith's Workshop. Connected with Extended Storage Management MOD (should be placed in your Mods List after it). Building footprint 4 x 4. Capacity up to 4 500 units. Mod requested.

Game isn't bugged.
Your issue is not related to this mod. If you want more help post your issue at support group and not at some random mod site...

Shared the load is not on the list of tested and well working mods, try to avoid mods that aren't listed in link posted by ambergrudge_, I can't guarantee your game will work with outdated mods from no longer active modders and most important, many of them were made for previous game's version and game was updated in 09.2018 so coding changed and some of them were made for fun without even considering compatibility with other mods. :winter2019happyyul:
