Modified Default Skin

Basically, I took the default skin and removed the 300s, removed slider ends and changed the follow points to make it a far more readable skin.

Follow points have been yoinked from Doomsday v2.7.
I uploaded the skin with all the default assets so that it works (somewhat) properly in McOsu and futureproofing it for lazer too I guess.

In McOsu, depending on your settings, the sliders may be just black instead of the way they're supposed to be.
