Correct Lake Water Loss

描述
With this mod the Lakes water loss rate will depend on Water Terraforming parameter. It was always strange to me that we get Vaporator boost with the increase of Water parameter, but lakes (I mean vanilla game buildable lakes) still loose water in the same rate. This mod doubles the loss of water up to 15% Water Terraforming, then it is at vanilla level up to 30%, and then it gradually decreases to 0. Thus it's not like free LakeVaporators breakthrough.

This mod was made with great help from ChoGGi, thanks to him!

I also tested by manually setting it to the current version.

Seems to be borken. Lakes just don't fill at all with this, and have no effect on the terraforming water progress.

Sorry, had multiple health issues that prevented me from gaming, plus at the time of my last comment, I was dealing with a bug that was crashing the game every single time when hitting a time mark. Unfortunately, I didn't take time to debug it and hadn't time to start a new run from scratch.
Hopefully, I'll get some more free time in the next month that would let me go through the end of this.

Er, those last weeks I've had a huge load of work while being personally swamped, so I had very few time to progress.
Don't worry, I haven't forgotten. But it will take time. If someone has more free time and can make a faster run, go for it.

@tanyfilina: if simply updating the required version keeps your mod functional, I see no point of uploading a work that isn't mine. Beside, it would be more efficient to post the update here as there are already a lot of subscribers.

I manually updated the version required through mod editor, and I'm in the middle of a run to test if it still works as intended.
