"Hard Working Gas"

Phillips 66 is a chain of gas stations spun-off from it's parent company, the ConocoPhillips Corporation. They current have 1000's of locations nationwide but with a heavier presence in the West.

Two signs are included in the download. RICO mod settings are also included for the store only.
Parking lots and other landscaping is not included.

Can you do Maverik gas station next please if possible I’m trying to ask anybody to help do it for me and steam workshop anyway anybody interested on making a Maverik adventure first stop gas station project please thank you

This is a unique building so in the RICO Settings, you have to add "local" to make it commercial.

If you would use it with the "Real Gas Station" mod, then change with Customize It Extended mod the construction cost to 5086 and make available petroleum to fill it up.

Only have this one and a Florida Interchange that fails but Game still works and a OK Interchange and get Object Error so I'm guessing Phillip 66 any way to fix it outside of Game Phillip 66?
