Ideal if you're building a city in Australia. This is an amalgamation of a couple of homes on the North Shore of Sydney. One in Roseville, the other in Mosman.

The building takes up nearly all of its 2x4 footprint, so provide a really deep block to allow for front and back yards (pool, tennis court, garage).
