More Flag Variations In Battle - 战场旗帜多样化

描述
中文用户请注意，这里的使用此mod推荐搭配作者Toshin的 ”游戏文本优化：国号、爵位与外交”
mod使用更佳。对应的修改比如董卓的国号改成了“周” 、袁绍的国号改成了’赵‘，士燮的国号改成了“南越”（旗帜上只显示越字）。如果不使用此mod的话原版文本未修改就会造成例如袁绍的原版宋国顶着赵的旗帜，很违和。两个MOD已经基本匹配，这是我引导本mod作者做出的改动，一切为了贴合历史，提高沉浸感。

First of all, I would like to thank Hooveric for allowing me to use his flag textures (from Hooveric Reskin Mod). Really helped saved me tons of time in making this mod.

This mod adds more flag variations to each unit. There are 5 different flags spawn randomly to each unit. 3 square flags, 2 triangle flags, 1 flags with animal graphic.

Please note:
There are 2 set of flags:
-The first set of flags is used when your faction is a minor faction, the flags bear faction's leader lastname.
-The second set replaces the first set when you conquer enough territories and expand into duchy/kingdom, your faction's name is changed as well as the name of the flag. (Example: Cao changes to Wei)
-Color and animal stay the same in both sets, only the Chinese calligraphy on the flags changes.

@contactnovuspc, gotcha, I thought it would be something like that, I actually prefer your version since the Chinese characters are the same, the blue is more fitting for Liu Yan.

I imagine I could fix it myself, but like I said it’s kinda more fitting this way anyways.

@Orbis when i was making the mod and testing it.....i didnt know that i had a that changed faction colors enabled (made by someone else)....so i thought there was a bug in the game (before Liu Yan was playable faction) and changed it. By the time i realized the mistake...many months later....i had already lost interest in the game and modding......

Since mod author seems to be active I wanted to ask a question, why the swapping of Liu Yan and Liu Dai's flags? Not complaining only curious.

Oh yeah! that makes sense....since the flag shapes are spawned random and at lower troop counts will have lower number of flags so lower chances for the triangle flags to spawn.

I know what the problem is, as long as you set the series of troops to a lower setting in the advanced quality options, this mod will be invalid.

Sometime you'd have to go to your user profile and delete the folder. Just be sure to backup your save before the delete it. Restart the game and it should repopulate. Just have to reconfigure in game settings etc...just like when you boot up the game for the very first time.

No, I didn't use Nanman. I tried Cao Cao, Liu Bei, and Gongsun Zan. They all only have one kind of flag. I turned off all the other mods and only kept this one. It still doesn't work.

@蛤批 Yes it does. Nanman factions dont have triangle flags, but the rest of other factions have triangle flags as shown in screenshots above. If you dont see it....i suspect a mod conflict with other mods you are using. Good luck! :)
