Rebalanced Dwarven Missile Launcher

描述
In this new edition I've tweaked the primary attack and switched out the secondary with the grenade launcher from the blunderbuss with a few changes there aswell.

Primary:
- No Mana cost
- Lower damage
- Smaller AOE
- Faster refire rate

Secondary:
- Higher mana cost
- Larger AOE
- Increased Damage
- Velocity removed (it drops)

Perfect, I was literally trying to make it bit more like the other weapons. From my interaction with other people, most never used the basic rocket launcher even though it works more the way you said it should.
