I can't seem to open the YouTube link. Steam keeps thinking its some kind of malware link.

two things:
one: like coconutbun said, it would be easier to rip the sprites from the game instead of having the stage be so blurry
two: maybe replace entering the dream world with welcome from dvsd? (https://youtu.be/JhMvPS-UnKc) the song samples entering the dream world so it wouldnt feel out of place
still, excited to see more yume nikki content in rivals!!

you could try ripping the sprites from the og game?

Well, the original picture I ripped it from on the Smash Bros Lawl wiki wasn't of much better quality and if I tried to raise the image resolution, then it would be too big to fit the stage and likely just take up the whole screen. So I, of course, had to shrink it down some to a reasonable size.
