Adds Canada under Stephen Harper! Harness Canada's bountiful natural resources to get rich, power your industries, and leave your mark on the world.

UA: Energy Superpower - Receive +3 Gold per turn for every Strategic Resource traded to another Civilization. Cities automatically expand to include adjacent discovered strategic resources upon being founded or discovering that resource.

UU1: Oil Sands Prospector - Unlocked at Biology. Does not replace anything. A civilian unit that can be expended to generate a source of 1 Oil on a tile. When expended, has a 50% chance of pillaging any adjacent farms, camps, pastures, and plantations. Can only have 7 at once (mostly so the AI won't spam them).

UU2: Iroquois Class - Replaces the Destroyer. Upon unlocking certain techs, receives free promotions when entering friendly territory: +100% Interception Strength (Rocketry), +25% Combat Strength (Robotics), +1 Movement (Mobile Tactics), +1 Sight (Radar), +1 Movement (Globalization).
