Does the first screenshot resemble the missing bottom floor?

This is floating for me as well. Well to clarify, it's the beige area or bottom floor is missing or see through (like if you were clipping inside looking out.) But I am also noticing small invisible surfaces on other assists. I think this is a shader issue, not sure what is causing it, but it's not bothered me so far.

I have no plans on any modular mixed use buildings at the moment. They are very tedious and extremely time consuming to make.

Though I am wondering will you also do a smaller version? Maybe a single Low Density Com and one and or 2 floors of Low Res? The "down"town I live in near Hershey has lots of shops like this. Keep up the great assets!

@RichardT Are you talking about the one right off Green? I've looked to see if anyone has made, or possibly make myself, a version of the Radio Building. One of the few buildings here that isn't just a giant box looking thing.

So, I’m having the opposite problem to the ‘floating’ building. None of mine float, which makes it really difficult to get them to the correct height as I usually end up with the ground moving up with it and distorting everything around. I’ve been using ‘find it’ and placing the buildings from there - any suggestions as to how I can make them ‘float’ again?
